Ok, somewhere we disconnected.  I cook ground meat ahead of time and
generally freeze it.  I use that ground meat for things like pizzas, to
flavor grits, jambalaya, red beans and rice, etc. If I can the meat with the
grease, am I going to have to recook it and drain the grease??  I don't eat
much gravy James.  Gravy and fried chicken are two things I just never
mastered...

Here's an interesting book I lucked into at a used book
store. Most of the structures are wooden, but I love the
organic shapes. They are all in Hungary. I want to build a
treehouse office in one of the big oaks over our creek
someday and do something like this with cedar scraps.
There's one roof that looks like a bird wing.

We just got back from the 9th annual Renewable Energy
Roundup where the latest and greatest in solar and wind
power, green technologies, etc was exhibited and taught.
