The system doesn't currently exist, it needs to be created.
I think someone from Canada here says they have a medical photo ID card. We
could start with that as an example.


Change for stopping treating illegal immigrants and implementing a simple
methodology is the kind of change I would support as it reduces the overall
tax burden on taxpayers.

That was me. And were starting to get chip embedded drivers license's too, =
though we have you guys to thank /=C2=A0blame for that.

We used to be able to cross the border with our birth certificate but as of=
last year we have to start getting passports to visit.

Rather then just encourage Canadians to get passports, a number of the prov=
inces have been working on upgrading our other official documents to meet t=
he US border security standards.

It still doesn't get around the issue of what does a hospital emergency roo=
m do if someone shows up unconcious bleeding or badly burned or even suffer=
ing a heart attack with no medical card.

It could even be me visiting St. Louis having decided to go for a jog with =
all my id back in the hotel.
