I took a look at them and they are valid. But like most things it is never
totally accurate.
There were a number of posts on this list recently with inaccurate or
outdate info (CROPP for example) but I did not even bother to comment.
Isn't Dennis Avery the guy who debated Joel Salatin and blew Joel out of the
water totally?
If you read the transcript of their "debate" it leaves little room for
wondering what the average person would consider to be the clear winner.
I know that I am hard on Joel because while many of his ideas are great,
some are nutty and some close to insane, particularly about his idea on
cells being trasmuters of the elements and all:) But I really expected a lot
more from Joel in the debate and Avery had science on his side and Joel had
.... well ... the idea really of just believe in me and everything will be
OK. That does not cut it in todays world. You need at least some factual
information.
It took me a while to realize the contempt many of you have toward the
average person and how you view them as was said by one person on the list
"native American 'no nothing'. As in, 'I know nothing and I'm proud of
it.'" Sad commentary but makes it more understandable.
Sincerely,
Rick Williams
