Dave,

Found it to be a nice friendly article but it did two things I am
uncomfortable with:

It claims the "vested interests" organic competes with have bad test data
because they are biased and want to sell their products so I should ignore
those sources of information.

It failed to alleviate why "organic" would have good data because, using
their own argument, would it not follow they're also biased and want to
sell their products?

In other words, is there an unbiased source of actual nutritional data both
sides would accept as credible?
