Re-ripping to MP3 from a burned CD introduces a generational loss, as you are re-encoding from one lossy format to another. Whether this matters to you or not is between you and your ears.

Does Hymn work with the latest version of iTunes/iTMS? I think that's no longer option for anyone who has upgraded.
