I have an AMD Duron 600 MHz, 256 MB RAM. The memory is fine.
FWIW: I have installations of Peanut Linux, and Slackware9.1, on
different partitions in this machine, both of which run (a normal dynamic
version of) MPLAYER just fine. The machine is OK. Memory is OK.
The purpose of running THIS version of mplayer under BL2 is to see if it
does work, and find where it doesn't. In that situation, I find that it plays
"most" videos, as well as mp3 and oggs, under both BL2 and BL3. It just
doesn't stream successfuly for me.
