Aloha,

>... also drinking the milk of goats that eat the stuff;

We were actually doing this by default at the Advanced PC/Keyline
course in S. Oregon the other summer - our hosts had goats on the site
that ate PO among other forage, and there was fresh goat milk available
every breakfast which most of us partook of.

Strictly anecdotal, but there was lots of chance for exposure
(especially on the unlighted group night hike escapade, where our
"glorious leaders" lost the trail and we ended up bushwhacking through
forest in the dark...!), and I actually got a single spot or two on one
leg that felt like 'the itch' for sure...but never developed into
anything like a 'real' outbreak. Some others had similar experiences,
pretty sure they'd gotten contact but didn't get as much reaction as
expected.

On the other hand, it was late in the summer of a very very dry year in
a dry-summer climate in the second year of a drought, so maybe the PO
wasn't putting out as much oil as usual. Too many variables to be
sure...
