BasicLinux already has httpd. Why not use that?

How do you post files with the busybox httpd? Do you use cgi-bin? ...
[searching...] OK, I found this:

http://www.kessels.com/Upload/index.html
To use the program you must have cgi-bin capability on your
server. If you cannot run standard cgi-bin binaries on your webserver
then you cannot use the Upload program. If the webserver is running
Unix then you will need access to a C compiler.
Hmm, it appears that the BL3 httpd doesn't do CGI:

Any other ideas?
