Don't see any iso's of that available on the web. I did find the title of
a book that seems to contain the CD though: Slackware Linux 4 Unleashed -
Bao Ha; Tina Nguyen 1999 English Book 1100 p. ; 24 cm. Indianapolis, Ind.
: Hemel Hempstead : Sams ; Prentice Hall, ISBN: 0672317680. Maybe it can
be gotten through local libraries (or via ILL) or picked up in used
bookstores for cheap? Of course there are plenty of Slack 4.0 mirrors out
there too, with all the files except an iso.
