I don't know if you can get it in the US but bocking14 is the best. It doesn't seed as much as the others. Be careful as comfrey can take over your plot. It is normally purchased as small root cuttings.

Do you put a fresh leaf on the affected area, or have you made some ointment
or other preparation that you keep on hand for injuries?
