That's Sil, that's exactly what I was trying to do. "Evil" can be a
loaded term, especially since one person's definition of evil doesn't
always match anothers. Besides, it's not needed.

I had heard that due to competition with Firefox they were coming
out with a new version of IE for XP. One that included tabs, etc...
