I rarely get migraines.  I finally figured out what triggers mine when they
occur - my neck bones being out of alignment.... A serious neck massage, or
series of them until the bones realign does the trick.... actually this is
something I need now, as I've had a couple of migraines recently.

As to migraines, I had my first one when I was 5 or 6. After a couple that
sent me to the hospital, I learned the triggers and to recognize when one
was coming on and to stop them before they became a full blown incident.
That seems to be the best answer for me since I haven't had one since 1985.

Okay, now I am not against public transit, I think -- done right-- it could
be smart. But again, what about people who are more rural than you or I ;
like where roxanne or sage or gene or my parents , live. There is very
little chance of building public transit to all of the rural hamlets
throughout a country this large. My question might have been better put by
asking how do we make up for those people who must continue to drive above
average distances, from need, not want?
