I forgot to add that you can get the gelcaps at www. frontier.com for $16.70
a thousand. It seem to me that I got them cheaper somewhere else. Should
have put this on the other email, but got it deleted before I thought of it.

I've never done anything like that. I do occasionally get a milk
thistle plant pop up in the pasture now, but not as much as before we
had goats. The goats loved them. I knew that they were medicinal, and
I actually thought i had bought some seeds for them somewhere, so I will
look to see what thistle seeds I have. Do you know what kind of thistle
seeds-variety- that finch food is?

The true significance of Sacajawea's involvement in the Lewis & Clark
expedition is that it was the first documented trip in history where men
asked a woman for directions and followed them, allowing them to arrive
at their destination.

Hi Susan,
This became a tradition in my household when the daughters staged the 'we
are fed up with Norwegian food for Jul' revolt. It is a very good and very
easy cheese cake and is possibly the only non Norwegian desert I can conjure
up. You will enjoy it
Gud Jul

Hi Fred,
Love cheesecake but have never made it. If I can borrow a spring form
baking pan from a neighbor I'm going to try to make this. Is this a
tradition at your house? Thanks so much for sharing!
Sue
