Lynn, thanks; but, most people I know would say that my goals are tantamount
to being "done with life". I'm not unhappy with life, though. It is society
with which I am unhappy. People, smarter than me, live ridiculous
pretentious lives.

I'm young enough to build my way back, again, in business; and these times
coming up, are going to be of great potential to those with keen business
sense. I just don't care , anymore, about making money.

I don't mind having money. It can have benefit. But, when I had much more
money than I do now, I didn't do anything with it. I was generous to family
and friends (don't expect that to buy you any respect); and I ate fine; but,
I've always despised crass commercialism, crass displays of consumption. I
don't even wear a watch. I keep a cheap timex mickey mouse watch in my
pocket.

I'm about, soon, to write a large check to pay off rulemakers with guns
(gov't); I have already factored that in to my future.

Maybe I should stay in the city a few more years to make that amount back?
For what? to build a better 'shack" in the woods? If I carry through with
'my' goals, the people in my life, will look at it as a grand finale of a
fairly productive life concluding as pitiable failure. Maybe I should still
care, but, I don't.

My point is, maybe the people I know, will view 'me' the way you've viewed
the guys you dated. ....bobf
