Need a length of coax from computer to antenna.

Nothing to connect the coax to in the card.

I do not want to take the cover off a working card.
We should have high signal strengths pretty soon, and if I need more than 84K/sec (8K/sec download?) I will go to the library and get 30K/sec download.

There would be. Two solder points on the card itself, then, preferably,
earth ground for the shield (the type with two wires inside and
a seperate mesh/foil shield are best for this sort of thing, where
the signal strengths are very low.
