Hi Folks,

FWIW: I couldn't get my two BL21 computers to communicate via mc,
but that's probably because I haven't set nfs up properly. :)

However ....
I have just got clark and lois communicating and passing files both ways
by ftp. I used the pure-ftpd package from deli-linux and then a couple of
different graphic ftp progs running under icewm - both GFTP from Slackware
7.1,
and tkFTP (also from deli-linux). Also using plain vanilla ftp from the CLI.

I didn't think it would be so easy. :)
You gurus may think differently, but as a newbie, I am impressed with the
ease of
installation and use of pure-ftpd.

Regards,
Ron
