I will try getting your default setup to work and then try to modify it
for my two mono monitors. I did install the vga16 server last and it
still did not give me an xterm. I may have to remove one video card.
Perhaps icewm does not like Hercules.

My monitors have power switches - I would go for those first.
The one that I damaged did start screaming.

These were the default settings, I think. I will set screen to 640 only.
(And not worry about being unable to use Netscape).

How does this differ from find -name icewm?

Shouldn't I still get an xterm even without a window manager?
