I believe so? Doesn't each component lead, with the discretion of the
project lead, have the right to define activity within the component? I
don't know if there *are* policies about Tome activity at all. I don't
know of hard policies for Cauldron either, since someone could be
working on an ISO without doing a single commit, and ISOs take a while
to do, so it's hard to measure. Commits are obviously easy to measure.
When we get automated ISO building stable that won't be an issue anymore
though.

I thought you were talking about in the repo. ;)

Maybe there weren't any changes between 04-08 and 05-26? Maybe it's got
a hard limit of one year?

That, or git-backed Moin (more painful than donig ikiwiki?). Then you
could run the same git command and it would Just Work.
