Jucato mentioned he was on a self-imposed vacation from the 'net, you
might want to check up with him and see if he'll make it permanent or not.

Last time this was done, two years ago (to me it was last year, sheesh!
one year outta schedule!) Eric defined "inactive developer" to me as any
developer, lead developer or component lead who has been inactive for
the specified amount of time for their position on the lists, the
repositories, the website, irc and nobody knew anything about them.
After this list was gathered and compacted, I went ahead and tried to
contact all inactive developers that I could find info for, most of them
replied either "yeah, you can remove me" or "no, i will be back."
Thats how Eric and I handled it last time, and note that we didn't
account for missed votes. I have missed one vote, personally: Tome Lead.
I had a say in the PL vote, and in the GL vote.
Do you want some help with this task?
Also, Donald mentioned life has got a hold on his time (posted on ML).
