Well, when a z-rejected was optional_depeded, I just put a note on why it
was rejected in the optional_depends. I guess we need another argument if
it's not in the grimoire and prompt to scribe add $5 where $5 is the
grimoire argument if $5 is non-blank and is not currently added. The same
would be needed for depends and requires and optional_requires or whatever
dufflebunk wants to call it or merge depends and requires as was
discussed.
