Can we add a TAR archive (application/x-tar) option to the list of
attachment types in bugzilla?

I created two "New Spell" bugs and attached the spells as .tar.bz2's, but
they don't appear to store any sort of filename and download as
"showattachment.cgi" default. I used the Binary File
(application/octet-stream) type. Not sure if fixing the mime type will
solve this or not.
