Right as rain. Alfalfa is an extremely valuable crop, not always easily
adapted to regions, climates or some soils
but where it can be grown it is of immense value, even on a small scale, in
the backyard too. Think of all the other cover and forage crops it can be
interplanted with, in succession with or alone.
