Correction:
Currently the only required courses for entry level response personnel are the IS-100 Introduction to ICS and the IS-700 NIMS (IS-200 is for supervisory and above personnel). Additionally, EMI does not offer IS-300 or IS-400 online courses. The complete listing of EMI courses can be viewed at this link: < http://training.fema.gov/EMIWeb/IS/crslist.asp>

The updated FY 2006 FEMA guide explaining required training was release 2 months ago and can be viewed at this link
< http://www.fema.gov/pdf/nims/06_training.pdf> Page 5 of this PDF provides a basic breakdown of the required courses needed for different levels of responders and response management personnel.

The current requirements are:
IS-200 (pre-requisite of 100) for ICS
IS-700 for Intro to NIMS

ICS 300 and 400 have been re-written and are now available for management level from the state training officer or through EMI.

All are now required to be using ICS daily, at every incident. There are forms online related to using ICS to document the incident, etc.
