I have not chimed in for awhile but I do have some experience with this one. It is a perennial. In the dry Wyoming soil, the beetberry came back year after year. i found it was one of the earliest things up in the spring and a lovely addition to early salad mixes. Not highly profitable by itself but an interesting plant to grow.

Thye the Sand Hill seed site I found the following:

"Beetberry: 70 days. Plant early. Tasty berry-like fruits on the stems.
Sometimes called Strawberry Spinach. Pkt. $2.00 "

Anyone have any experience with this one?
