Like I said, I am a non-smoker. But being told that someone can't do something (within reason) in my establishment makes me really want to deny them access, which I can do. I'm against this kind of fascism. I do as much as I can for ventilation to accomodate my patrons. I comply with city and state codes. I don't need nannie andie telling me what to do now.
