The satire was funny! You know, ha, ha, a joke, etc.

The second hand smoke problem has already been solved in businesses, as employers have recognized that employees have a right to a work environment that won't kill them, or viewed cinically, that the employer will lose lawsuits over it.

There's a huge difference between working in a dangerous occupation like coal miner, and subjecting a huge percentage of the working population to a carcinogen, which is why smoking is banned indoors for most businesses.

Just as the worker's litigation was a major factor in businesses such as the Airline industry changing to non-smoking, employee litigation will eventually resolve the issue of exposure to second hand smoke in most public places, including restaurants and bars.
