Also on the 2 buttons...if you plug in a 2 button or wheel mouse in OS
X, it Just Works.
Like my Microsoft Optical Mouse Blue, with 2 buttons and a wheel, no
drivers or anything necessary.
and on OS X, the few times that I have completely locked the GUI, I
was almost always able to SSH in and kill the "loginwindow" process,
forcing the user to log out, and regain control of the box
