the fact is that by invading this bad, yet sovereign, nation, has only
pissed people off. sure there are people who are happy to be free, but
they are sacred into remaining home by the vocal ones who aren't. and
those are the same vocal ones who would be willing to strap themselves
to a load of explosives or sacrifice their life flying a plane to
attack what they see as an imperialistic, overbearing aggressor who
has invaded their country
although afghanistan isn't as bad as iraq, there are similar things
going on their. there numerous accounts of intimidation and threats
about the election there, so much so that it can hardly be called a
free election. it may not be breeding as many terrorists, but its just
as far from being a success as iraq is.
