I'm with you! I had high hopes for the condos near Main St in SV, until I
saw that they were about 1400sf with no storage. I need at least 1700sf plus
storage, which could easily be in the basement.

Some of the units in that other planned community on NC-54 look nice, and are
large, but the prices were too high.

I've also looked at the converted factories in Durham, but they don't have
interior ceilings! And one of the bedrooms in the two-bedroom unit has no
direct sunlight.

The condos in the Cotton Mill in Raleigh are gorgeous. I like the way they
designed a two-story unit with an interior New Orleans-style balcony for the
upstairs bedroom!
