About thirty percent of my wife's work is paperwork, on top of all of the
paperwork done for her by the office people. The GP for whom you worked was
either negligent or spent much more time doing paperwork than you realized.
We have many doc friends. They spend much of their time on gov't and
insurance paperwork, even with computers. They are salaried, like my wife;
the company or gov't org. doesn't care how much of their home time, weekend,
etc they spend on paperwork
