You misunderstand me. Addicts are NOT free to choose. The very drugs they
take inhibits their ability to exercise the Agency of which I speak. Selling
to an addict is fostering their inability to exercise freely their Agency,
and thus violates the strictures I mentioned earlier (hey, you asked my
opinion. These are MY rules). This is at the heart of what is called in my
religious faith the "Word of Wisdom", and is why momrmons are not supposed to
drink, smoke, and a variety of other activities. The addictive properties of
these substances and activities inhibits the free exercise of Agency.

However, you are free to grow the pot yourself, cultivate, dry and smoke it.

Also, this philosophy does not apply to minors. Parents retain the
responsibility for not only instruction of their children, and those other
children in their sphere of influence, but parents are also responsible for
the behavior and actions of their children, until such time as the children
are "adults", and responsible for themselves.

How would offering pot for sale influence the buyer's Agency? I would think
it would enhance others' Agency by giving more freedom to choose. Not
allowing it to be offered prevents the buyer the choice to buy. Are you
adding moral judgement about the merits of pot...i.e. it's potentially
dangerous, therefore should not be sold?. Protecting
people by not allowing them choices is not Libertarian thinking.
