For instance, if you want to smoke Pot, that is your choice. Selling it to
another, on the other hand, influences the buyers >(assuming he uses it)
Agency, and should be crushed.

How would offering pot for sale influence the buyer's Agency? I would think
it would enhance others' Agency by giving more freedom to choose. Not
allowing it to be offered prevents the buyer the choice to buy. Are you
adding moral judgement about the merits of pot...i.e. it's potentially
dangerous, therefore should not be sold?. Protecting
people by not allowing them choices is not Libertarian thinking.
