I'll trade you a great easy salsa "recipe" for your garlic sauce? (I'll do it later, I need to go back outside, I'm spading up the garden in spots and I don't want to lose the clear sky.)

I have learned how to make a mean garlic sauce, just like that sold by
Zankou Chicken in LA. I have this weird idea to try it with sweet potatoes.
