Bev; do you have an answer? How should society decide whether to push
for busing or segregation (or something else)? How should it decide
whether to allow everyone in the population to vote, or only certain
people? How should it decide whether to allow some people to marry and
other not? Or should the government not get involved in any of that and
let the populous duke it out? I'm not really political enough to have a
strong opinion on exactly HOW a government should operate, except that
it should allow as much personal freedom as possible.
