What is the considered opinion of the group on the easiest solo building method?

Easiest, cheapest or quickest. Don? As one who has taken (ahem) several years to build a log house, I can't recommend it as either easy or quickly done, but other than the trusses, which could have been added as single rafters instead, it has been a one man project mostly and total costs so far under 25 thousand.

Many construction methods appear to be labor intensive, cob, strawbale, rammed earth, stick frame, etc. Looking at building from the viewpoint of a single person with all normal building skills, tools, and machinery what would be a viable method and what tools would be needed?

Easiest would seem to be buy a place and remodel it. :)
