What is the considered opinion of the group on the easiest solo building method?

Many construction methods appear to be labor intensive, cob, strawbale, rammed earth, stick frame, etc. Looking at building from the viewpoint of a single person with all normal building skills, tools, and machinery what would be a viable method and what tools would be needed?

Now of days I know very few people, and almost no one my age, who

nothing but imagined ills. People no longer view their bodies as
self-regulating, self-healing but rather as something that must be
fine tuned with chemicals or else ill health is unavoidable.

Don't have time now to follow this thread, but we have experienced
the above. Almost like you are abnormal if you don't take any
drugs.

These two passage reminds me of some "ponderisms" I saw not too long ago:

I used to eat a lot of natural foods until I learned that most people
die of natural causes.

Health is merely the slowest possible way to die.

People used to take acid to make the world weird. Now, people take
drugs to make the world normal.
