Yes, and there are a few available in the house beside Krispy Kreme
where my fiance lives ... Same landlord. Definitely a nice place and
great location!

Dude, you live in the Morgan Street building? I freaking *love* those
apartments, or at least the 2-bedrooms. Never been in the smaller ones.
My friend Jonathan used to live in one & between the view of downtown
from the balcony, and the weird curving back hallway, it was everything
you'd hope for from an early-20th-century apartment building.
If this guy's other apts are as nice as the ones in the Morgan St
building, you'd definitely do well to check them out.
