crwxr-x--x - should I chmod +r this?

My /dev/ttyS1 is: crw-rw-rw-

Mine is now changed to crwxcrwxcrwx, should I try to change it again?
chmod -x ?

In BL3 it is crw-r--r--. I hope you will change all these permissions in the next BL and/or add a FAQ explaining how to both add 'user' and make 'user' usable for dialing and with rxvt and Xvesa.

/usr/bin/eznet is -rwsr-sr-x (I may have changed this already).

My eznet is: -rwxrwxr-x (group = PPP)

chmod a+x eznet did not work - how do I change it?

pppd is -rwsr-sr-x

My pppd is: -rwsrwsr-x (group = PPP)

chmod g+w pppd?

Dialing is my unsolved 'user' problem.

Put your user in group PPP.

How, and how do I make things group = PPP?

Is there some way to make BL automount and unmount floppy drives,
maybe mtools with kmod?

mtools (by itself) allows you to read/write floppies without
mounting. mcopy, mdir and so on.

Great, I will put them into the menu.

Cheers,
Steven
