Hi!

I've also got a similar problem on IBM ThinkPad 365X
(PII, 133MHz). I tried all combinations: hdb, hdc, ..
sda, .... It worked under Win95 (now dismantled -
only BL3 is on the laptop).
The machine does not see the cdroom while booting
either and I had to use a special program on a
floppy which made the machine see the cdrom (I do not
remember the name of the program).

Could you explain to me what is QEMU and how can I
activate the CDROM with the help of it?
How to "do the BL3 insmods for the CDrom"
and I do not understand what can I see in /etc/rc

Could you please help me?

Thanks, Harry.
