Not quite. Compare Arab. Srkh, Sdq, Sada, Saghir for example -- where the
"S" stands for Sad -- with the Heb. Tsarah(.), Tsadaq, Tsad, Tsair --
where" Ts" stands for Tsade.

You might care to consult JB Lightfoot, /St Paul's Epistle to the
Galatians/, MacMillan & Co., London, 1865 and many reprints, chapter 1,
/The Galatian People/, pp 1-17. There is a further Dissertation /Were the
Galatians Celts or Teutons?/ on pp 239-251.
