That bug has nothing at all to do with glibc. It's a fact that to
compile kernel modules you need the kernel source tree, so
/usr/src/linux should exist on a new install, as we have several spells
that install kernel modules. (Depending on linux won't help there, as
linux is installed by the iso afaik).
