Sounds good to me although I don't believe everyone has consensed to
it. If everyone is in favor of the following proposal I will
officially begin work. I think it is very important that we get
everyone to say 'yes this is what I want' before moving on. I think
John H. and S. have stated their support of this in the past so I
don't need to hear from them. Richard M. and Lawrence have said
different things at times and I do want to hear from them that this
proposal (as worded) is actually what they want as well. Steph? I
think Scott is ok with this proposal as well. Rich A. is at least in
not in favor of commiting resources immediately to ibiblio hardware,
and we'll teach him to like Zope ;-)

I wrote on 8/25:

Domain update: The domain name is still 'in transfer', taking much
longer than I expected... nothing to worry about but I'm still not
able to point it at anything useful yet... not that we have anything
to point it at yet ;-)
