[tanisgrif at y. same as tanistanis at h. Long-ish story.]

I sprouted seeds of Timm, Success, & an unknown (and don't know which of the
mix DID
or DID NOT sprout), thusly:
Washed them obsessively after harvest; then warm-stratified, i.e., left in
slightly
damp peatmoss all summer; then planted in a seedling tray for autumn & winter,
placing in an unheated but protected area for winter. Spring, they got a
GRADUAL
warm-up, and I have to check notes but I think they sprouted 2nd or 3rd, when
conditions were still cool.

I plan to try this w/ some 'Regent' seeds which I acquired just this week.
So, no,
I don't know yet if my method is fool proof, but it's proof enough for me so
far!
