Why don't you just use the Jang for all the seeds, larger seeds as well
as small seeds?

Because I was trying to be economical and only purchased the four smaller plates/cogs. When I have time, I think I will get four more.

On my early seeding, I find I have to double up on the seed drop because of low germination in cold soils.  Anybody else share this problem.  I direct seed spinach, peas, radish, carrot, beet, etc, in the first or second week of April.  I have to set my Jang for a one inch drop rather than the preferred three inch.
This is for a mid-May CSA distribution on Vancouver Island.
