David is right, bleed the fuel filters first
starting with the one closest to the tank. If no other bleed valves can be
located, loosen the fuel line retaining nuts at the top of a few injectors, just
a couple turns. While cranking the motor fuel should begin to leak out
around the nuts after having bled the air out and then the motor should
fire. Re-tighten the line nuts. It may be necessary to do this to
all the injectors depending on how finicky the motor is.
