Actually it's a wet, pourable mix of about one part Portland to ten parts
ordinary dirt, not too sandy or too clay, no organic debris in it. It sets
up like concrete and it's rigid and fairly strong, but you can scratch it.
You don't ram it, just pour into a mold. It ends up white. I've
experimented with it. It'll make sidewalks too.
