Babel Fish may be OK for personal use to get the gist of what a passage of
text in a foreign language is all about, but it is not suitable for
something as publicly visible and on which your reputation depends as a
website. For something like that there is no way around a professional
translator (for starters) and, if it's important enough, having the
translation reviewed by a native speaker in the country in which the target
audience is located.

I used to work as a professional translator years ago and still have some
contacts, if you want to pursue this route and want to get started.

This is not an answer to your question, but it may help. When I need a
phrase tranlated to/from any common language, I use Babel Fish

Hey, I've actually got an "internet/web" question. What are people
doing for multiple language support? Is there some sort of automatic
translation that works, or do you have to basically mirror the entire
site and translate everything by hand?

possible to carry on this process for an indefinite time: The only
check on it is that sooner or later a false belief bumps up against
solid reality, usually on a battlefield."
