Are you saying that you've disabled JS in your browser, so many sites don't render at all, and so their content sucks? It sounds to me like you're choosing to wear a burqa, then complaining about the view.

Hey, I respect the old-school, text-based origins of the Net. But I also know that while most people will visit the world of text-only content, they won't stay for long, because they're hungry for color, and shape, and movement, and sound. You might think these people are airheads, but it seems they're all over the Net these days.
