Not much time for fiction nowadays, still, I get some comics into the
"readme milkcrate":
ISBN: 0958578346- _From Hell_, a well-researched 'Jack the Ripper'
fiction- though it may be correct. Frighteningly plausable.

ISBN: 0811824233 _Tokyo: A Certain Style_- which I stare at when I feel
overwhelmed by Too Much Stuff; the Japanese put it in perspective.

ISBN: 0871711265 _Welding Handbook : Fundamentals of Welding_- Be
ascared. Be very ascared.

ISBN: 0816038546 _The Complete Motorcycle Book : A Consumer's Guide_-
Exhaustive, unbiased.

ISBN: 1-56592-391-X 'The Copper Kettle Book', O'Reilly- reading a
reference book straight through- what am I thinking?

http://www.fantagraphics.com/artist/acme/acme.html _The Acme Novelty
Library_ -newest issue. Before reading, please examine your self-image
for tiny flaws.

ISBN: 0870116487 _The Gardens of Japan_
Like the weather vane,
swinging to the south wind, we
turn and hear the geese.

Various and divers reference manuals, technical bulletins, user's guides,
instruction sheets, web pages, newsgroups, code listings, traffic tickets

But lordy, I'd love to read "Bored of the Rings" again.
