If I can remember the name of the most recent documentary, I'll post it. It
is very interesting. Those Indians just would not give up. 'kept going to
court and losing and going back to court, for years; finally won; the
treaties were in black and white. I'm sure the documentary is available free
on the internet, but I can't remember the title.

Their whole idea is exactly what you are talking about, eating their native
diet again. Pima Indians, are very quiet, mild natured, and smart. If you
meet a Pima, he or she will, also, almost ceratinly be much overweight.
Their lifespan is much shorter than normal and they have much amputations and
sight (blindness) problems, because of diabetes. their elders want to grow
whatever they used to eat and quit eating 'western' food. That label doesn't
sound right to me, all Indians are 'western'; but anyway; you are exactly
right....................
